Arnab Pandey is a treasury and liquidity strategist with more than a decade of experience advising financial institutions on liquidity risk, funding strategy, intraday liquidity, and balance sheet optimization. He has worked across a wide spectrum of global and domestic banking profiles, helping institutions strengthen liquidity frameworks, modernize analytics, and align with evolving supervisory and market expectations.
Arnab’s career spans liquidity stress testing, scenario design, HQLA optimization, derivatives advisory, collateral strategy, funding optimization, and ALCO-level decision support. He has collaborated with senior executives, quant teams, and governance committees to shape strategic outcomes on liquidity resilience and balance sheet positioning.
He serves on the Board of the Arthritis National Research Foundation (ANRF), where he advises on investment strategy and financial governance. Arnab holds an engineering degree as well as an MBA in Finance.
